About the Praise & Worship Leader
Hello family, I want to start by saying it is an honor to be the music director here at Eagle Rock and a part of the great work God is doing at this church. So let me give you a little back ground about me:
I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and attended Bible College in Southern California in 1992-1993. In 1995, I was commissioned to South Africa to help build a ministry work for 11 months. It was a life changing experience that forever planted missions in my heart. While I was there I was involved in mission’s trips into Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Botswana as well as building up a music team and establishing a local church. The Lord has taken me into many other nations and continues to ignite a passion for them in my spirit.
Traveling nationally and internationally, preaching and establishing the Kingdom of God in both word and song, has taught me that Praise and Worship has no boundary or limit. Anytime, anywhere a believer can lift their voice to worship God and He will make his presence known. With 25 years’ experience in leading praise and worship God has given me an ability to awaken this same gifting throughout the body of Christ. I have truly been blessed to be mentored throughout my life by men and women who were fluid in cooperating with the Holy Spirit. Because of this it is my desire to demonstrate and teach more than just the art of compiling a song list but rather the ability to move with the Holy Spirit’s intention and direction specific to that church and body.
It is my prayer that as the sound of heaven is released into the earth through our music and dance, that the hearts of the fathers with turn to the children and the hearts of the children will turn to the fathers and again we, as a strong army of God, will move with might and power to change this nation for the glory of God.
